Located in Biddeford, Maine, this five-story, 305,000 square-foot space includes over 140 luxury loft rentals, 33 boutique hotel rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a rooftop terrace with a pool, and a restaurant. The restored textile mill boasts 14-foot timber ceilings, exposed brick walls, and original wood plank floors. This historic restoration was part of the rebirth of Biddeford, assisting with the mission of bringing new residents to the area to help the local community and economy grow. 

Commercial framing, insulation, and drywall encapsulate these modern apartments.
