Leading the priority list at Metro Walls is ‘Safety’. Metro Walls is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) NH/VT Chapter’s Self Insured Group which is a member only, aggressive program that relies heavily on behavior based safety programs that assist with changing a company’s safety culture in a positive way. Metro Walls employs a full-time Safety Director who has instituted a strategic safety plan which includes educating and training employees beyond what is OSHA regulated to include establishing new safety measures like; Zero Accident Program, New Hire Safety Orientation Program, Crane Signal and Rigging training, CPR training, and the company recently installed an automated external defibrillator (AED) at its Manchester headquarters.
Metro Walls is a strong supporter of the Associated Builders and Contractors Association of NH/VT and Massachusetts along with ABC’s Young Professionals Association of NH/VT.
